These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the services offered by REALIZE COWORKING, registered under CNPJ No. 16.582.647/0001-09.
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT REALIZE COWORKING
REALIZE COWORKING rents out workspaces, including:
- Private offices
- Meeting rooms
- Shared spaces
- Services related to the business environment
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing our website, contacting us or signing up for any service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use our services.
3. REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION
To use certain services, you may need to provide personal data.
You agree to:
- Provide true and up-to-date information
- Not use third-party data without authorization
- Keep your information up to date
4. USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use REALIZE COWORKING’s services appropriately, respecting:

- The coworking space’s house rules
- Good conduct toward other users
The following is prohibited:
- Using the space for illegal activities
- Engaging in conduct that harms other users
- Damaging facilities or equipment
5. SIGN-UP AND PAYMENTS
Services may be contracted by:

- Accepting a commercial proposal

Non-payment may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Termination of the agreement
- Administrative and/or legal collection
6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellation and termination conditions will follow:
- The agreement signed between the parties
- Or, if none exists, the rules provided at the time of sign-up
REALIZE COWORKING may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are breached.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REALIZE COWORKING is not responsible for:
- Loss of, damage to or misplacement of personal belongings
- Issues arising from improper use of the spaces
- Failures of third-party services (internet, power, digital platforms, etc.)
- Indirect damages or lost profits
Use of the services is at the user’s own responsibility.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services may be temporarily interrupted for reasons such as:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- External factors
REALIZE COWORKING does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability.
9. USE OF DIGITAL CHANNELS AND WHATSAPP
By contacting REALIZE COWORKING through digital channels, including WhatsApp, you agree that:
- Communications may be recorded
- Automations may be used
- Information may be used for customer service and relationship purposes
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, materials and visual identity of REALIZE COWORKING are protected by law.
The following is prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing or using them without authorization
- Misusing the brand
